1. Preserve the natural beauty and charm of the Cove, the reasons for which we chose to live in this lovely place

2. Empower residents to resolve neighborhood issues as they develop

3. Assist residents who have attempted to resolve issues and have not met with success

4. Advocate for Cove residents on issues that effect all residents, especially safety, traffic, animal control, environment, and other code regulations

5. Ensure safe, friendly, and attractive neighborhoods that promote a secure environment for all to live

6. Promote harmony among the diverse families that inhabit the Cove, and the enjoyment of that rich pluralism
