WELLLLLLLLLLLLL:
The city has a budget surplus. We have city staff working to keep things neat and tidy. I have actual video of people walking their dogs on a lease.
I have also been to 3rd world countries. If that is what you want I suggest your move there.
O’ one other thing I don’t live in a gated…(S…..Hole) but I don’t want trash, disassembled cars, or dogs running wild everywhere either.
So if you want a fight I am ready.
