Kids’ Nature Walk last weekend

Ms. Healey and Ms Barrows led an eager group of young people (and adults) on a morning nature walk along the Fred Wolff Bear Creek Trail and Preserve. The Desert Recreation District will sponsor another afternoon “Live Roq” concert in the Community Park from 2-4 p.m. This week: “Common Sense”. Bring your chairs and picnic stuff for this lively afternoon.
Distinguished Artists will be honored by the City of La Quinta at 3:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Park. Join City dignitaries for the awards and refreshments.

Spring Wildflowers: an early look on Nature Walk

Library unveils children’s murals

The La Quinta Library, the City of La Quinta, Friends of La Quinta Library, La Quinta High School students and the S.C.R.A.P. Deadline nearing for Temecula Valley tour.
