So, where is the museum?

Good question. The museum is that beautiful building on the south side of Frances Hack Community Park, just west of Village Park Animal Clinic. Does this get you there? It’s on lower Montezuma where it nears the Village… Let us know if you need more directions. Some are very familiar with these landmarks, some are not. The museum was bustling with activity today, readying for the Saturday opening. The mural even has PAINT. Color. Ancient Lake Cahuilla. Don’t miss the opening.

What kind of attire is suggested to attend? Desert Casual? Tuxedo? Something in between? This is such an amazing accomplishment for the City. Great job to everyone involved. And to Maestro Andre Blanche: Thank you!

Unless you are the mayor of our fair city, I think “desert casual” will do nicely. See you there….

This new facility is spectacular in my opinion. This is a new venue for the City of La Quinta and new direction for us. This not only displays the historical aspect of our city but will have traveling exhibits that make it a museum that we can view other cultural and important events of our country. A venue to be visited and supported.
