    And this property, in between the agricultural “Hacienda” era and Tradition, was owned by Fritz Burns, and heirs, and encompassed what is now Fritz Burns Park. Fritz /Burns also owned the 19 acre parcel of land that is now the Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve, which the City bought to insure its remaining a wilderness area instead of residential development. Quite a past….
